The deposit will be refunded after the inspection of the apartment/house upon your checkout.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
Check out by 10 a.m. at the latest
Payment & Cancellation:
Once the booking request is made the accommodation will be blocked for 2 days. As confirmation of your side a payment of 30% of the rent is due on booking. Final payment (including deposit) at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival. Payments are only possible with bank transfers. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking of the accommodation is considered confirmed.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before arrival, refund of 50%. Less than 14 days: no refund possible. If the tenant cancels their stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
